Middlesex Crusaders are England's T20 Champions. Captained by Ed Smith, the
team has many talented players from different nationalities. Middlesex beat
Kent in the 2008 domestic Twenty20 final which was the club's first major
trophy in 15 seasons They also boast the highest ever Twenty20 Cup Final score - 187.
The club is also the only team to have gained entry to both the Champions
League Twenty20 and the Stanford Super Series. They lost narrowly to a full
strength England side in their opening match at the Stanford Super Series.
The Middlesex team wear pink shirts during their Twenty20 matches in
support of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity. In their ranks are England
